We are excited to volunteers for DEC2026, taking place October 26th-29th, 2026, and are now opening applications for those interested in being part of this important event. DEC2026 is more than just a conference; it’s a chance to come together as a community. For 41 years, our volunteers have brought heart, energy, and teamwork that turn those conference days into something truly meaningful. This, our 42nd year, won’t be the exception. We’d love for you to be part of it!

Volunteer Before the Conference (Virtual)
We are excited to invite local volunteers to collaborate in the planning and execution of DEC2026, beginning immediately and continuing through the event in October. This is a unique opportunity to get involved early, contribute your ideas, and play a meaningful role in shaping a dynamic and successful conference experience. Volunteers will work alongside our planning team to support key areas of preparation and, ultimately, help bring the conference to life through engaging on-site roles during the event. We welcome your energy, insights, and commitment as we work together to create an outstanding experience for all attendees.

Volunteer On-Site 
Support the event and save! Each 4-hour volunteer shift earns you a $50 DEC Gift Card which can be applied to conference registration, products or publications in the DEC store, or Learning Deck webinars.
