Conference Registration

What's included in Conference Registration?

The DEC Conference will take place Tuesday, October 7th through Friday, October 10th, 2025. 

Full conference registration includes: 

  • All Keynotes (including Tuesday's Opening Keynote)

  • All Conference Sessions, Poster Sessions, and Meetings

  • Access to the Opening Night & Daily DEC Exhibit Hall 

Full conference registration does not include: Meals, Hotel Accommodations, Travel Funds, or Pre-Conference Workshops

Family Members

DEC highly values the participation of family members and family-professional partnerships. Family members of infants, toddlers, and young children with disabilities (ages 0-8) qualify for a
registration waiver.

Registration Options

Attendees can select any of the following when registering:

  • Full Conference Registration

  • One-Day Conference Registration 

  • Pre-Conference Registration Only

  • Professional Development Package (Full Conference + CEC/DEC Membership)

Registration Rates & Discounts

Conference registration is available at a variety of discounted rates for members (current or new members of CEC and DEC) and non-members alike. 

Registration types include:

​Professional or Professional with DEC Member Discount

Professionals work with young children with disabilities and their families in early intervention, early childhood special education, and related fields.

 

Early Career or Early Career With DEC Member Discount

Early Career professionals are within their first 3 years of work in the field.

Student or Student with DEC Member Discount

Students must be currently enrolled in a higher education program.

 

Practitioner or Practitioner with DEC Member Discount

Practitioners are professionals who spend 50% of their time or more working directly with young children with disabilities and their families. 


Family Member or Family Member with DEC Member Discount

Family Members/Parents of children with disabilities over the age of 8 and who do not work in the fields of EI/ECSE. Family members with children ages 0-8 should apply for the family registration waiver for free conference registration. 

The rates listed below reflect the 2024 pricing. 2025 registration rates may be subject to change.
