Volunteer to Review Conference Proposals
We need you! DEC is seeking reviewers from the fields of inclusive early childhood education, early intervention, and early childhood special education to support the conference proposal review process.
Anyone may apply to be a conference proposal reviewer. DEC seeks a proposal review group consisting of individuals who have professional and/or lived experience, and who show a capacity to bring a racial equity lens to the work.
Reviewer applications are due Monday, February 9th, 2026, 11:59 PM Eastern Time. In appreciation of your service, reviewers who complete their assigned proposal reviews by the stated deadline will receive $50 off their conference registration.
Are you interesting in seeking or being a mentor for the review process?
You'll be able to complete a brief form after applying to volunteer to let us know you're interested. DEC will pair mentees with mentors as matches become available.
